Siddiqui Educational Complex Muzaffarabad/Abbottabad (Darul Uloom Muhammadiya Muhi Al-Islam Siddiquiya) Located just 10 kilometers away from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, in the vicinity of Pattan Khurd, a well-known town in the Abbottabad district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the village of Madina Nagar Palhair takes pride in hosting an institution that combines religious and modern education. This initiative was spiritually guided by Hazrat Sheikh Al-Aalam Al-Haj Pir Muhammad Ala-ud-Din Siddiqui Rahmatullah Alaih, the leader of the Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Namoos-e-Risalat, and led by the scholar, Al-Haj Maulana Pir Abdul Ghafoor Naqshbandi, renowned as Ustad Ji Rahmatullah Alaih. Its supervision is carried out by Khalifa Allama Muhammad Nawaz Siddiqui Hazarvi Damat Barakatuhum. The construction of Darul Uloom Muhammadiya Muhi Al-Islam Siddiquiya started in 2002 and is still ongoing, while regular classes officially began in 2006. Keeping in view the demands of the modern era, a curriculum combining religious and contemporary education was introduced. Since 2006, hundreds of students have been adorned with the light of knowledge.

The Department of Quranic Memorization admits students who have passed the fifth grade. Here, along with memorizing the Quran, they are also provided with contemporary education up to the middle level.
