This department manages student hostels, allots them seats, issues railway concessions, identity and ration cards for students and deals with their affairs. The Hostel office appoints security guards for Dar-ul-Uloom. Besides the head of the department, Hostel Wardens of Dar-ul-Uloom manage the hostel system.
This department arranges seats for currently 200 students.

Alongside the establishment and development of Dar-ul-Uloom, a kitchen was constructed. To begin with, the kitchen was used to arrange food for 25-30 students and now it prepares food for approximately 200 hundred students.
